The staff was amazing and breakfasts also great
Very Clean and breakfast at the Bristo was very good. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
My daughter had an allergic reaction to the down-filled pillows. Staff tried to help by locating a non-allergenic pillow but could not find one. They even went to the hotel next door to get one. Next time will ask for non-allergenic pillows in advance.
The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was nice and clean. The smell in the room was very pleasant - it smelled fresh. The staff is polite, friendly and accomodating. After a swim in the pool we sat in a beautiful outside area, surrounded by oak trees. It was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed the deck and environment. It felt cozy and relaxing.
The pool is indoor and there is a strong odor of chlorine. Thankfully there was a door that opened to the outside and I was able to swing it open to let fresh air in.
The staff was excellent, the room was clean and spacious and there was plenty of parking. The only negative thing I could say was that housekeeping opened the door around 9am while we were still in bed.
Nothing comes to mind.
I like the location, near plenty of places to eat and shop. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was included in our price ... it was not edible. The french toast was runny and not cooked at all. The sausage was not cooked either. Seems like maybe everything is microwaved, so that could be the problem.
they didn't tell me there was a youth football tournament going on and all the teams where staying at the hotel. I check in 3 hours after I bought the room and all the kids where there they knew I was coming with my fiance to get away.I asked if we could switch rooms because they where running through the hall andcwe coukd hear them but they told us all rooms where bought ... It was a terrible experience and way to over priced .and your two guys up front have terrible costumer service ....ill go on to yelp and other review sites to let them know the court yard is a rip off
They charged us 43 dollars more than booked price and I still can't get the situation handled.
Difficult access and egress from property. Though I-80 is right there which should be convenient, it is anything but easy to get on or off to the property especially without making U-turns and lanes that are not navigable.
Two People really helped me alot. Josh at the desk helped me so many times. Good management person. Alyssa who worked the Bistro was wonderful also should go to your management. Both people are being wasted doing what they do now.
The bistro complimentry breakfast was limited and it would be nice to know ahead of time what is avaliable before ordering the meal.
Staff was very friendly.
Wifi worked hit and miss. Hotel was about half full and we were a walkin booking. Desk clerk couldn't help me book the online rate, so I booked it online myself. No big deal however with several unbooked rooms you would think I could get a king room for a queen rate. Especialty when there are three properties in 50 yards to book. We only stay there because they had a hot tub. 106F ouch
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! We stayed for six days and nights, so met almost the entire crew. Such a wonderful group of caring employees!
